Order Policy

Terms of service

Please take a moment to review our product ordering policy and delivery times prior to placing an order. This will help us cater to you better.
  • Items in general have all relevant details and description provided to avoid misinterpretation or misunderstanding. We are not liable for information overlooked or misconstrued.
  • Orders are generally processed between 10 to 12 working days. We do not cater to urgent orders
  • Orders are only considered confirmed for processing after 50% payment is received in advance. Remaining 50% of the payment will be cash on delivery (COD). For online transfer, all the amount needs to be paid in advance.
  • Payment options available are bank transfer / direct deposit / or JazzCash / Easypaisa.
  • Payment must be made in 2 working days to avoid order cancellation.

Essentials

  1. Orders may not be canceled once placed.
  2. Orders canceled at the door will entail delivery charges to be cleared by customer.
  3. Orders canceled at the door will ban future orders with Blingrl if delivery charges are not cleared.

  5. Our deliveries are handled by Leopards. Please regard and respect them.
  6. We do not process refunds or exchanges. If however, an item is unfulfilled, incorrect, or received damaged / defected, please email blingrl123@gmail.com with your order number or reference and we shall address it for you either with a replacement or credit toward another order. Items broken or damaged in transit may be replaced or refunded based on communicated details and way forward.
  7. We cannot be held liable for delays due to strikes, market closures, or any external elements enforced by the government or otherwise.
  8. Your contact information / delivery details are only used to deliver your order. We do not send out additional follow ups or confirmation messages regarding orders. Please ensure you enter correct and valid information especially in terms of your email address and contact number for us to communicate with you.

Customized Requests.

  1. We do not offer proofing or drafts for customized orders for majority of our product range. You may convey your requirements and specifications for us to work with.
  2. We cannot show process work or progress on handmade requests due to the nature of work and output.
  3. We do not print copyrighted images or artworks. We may design something new based off as inspiration but will not reproduce someone else’s work.
  4. We request our designs not be reproduced under the guise of reference through other creatives and businesses.

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed as received via the website and shipped in tentative timelines mentioned with each item or specified under the Ordering Policy.
  • The contact information provided is only used for delivery. It is not intended for order confirmation. Any questions pertaining to your order are addressed via email.
  • Orders within Pakistan are to be paid for in advance via ATM Transfer, Bank Deposit, Online Transfer, Jazzcash, Easypaisa directly to our mentioned account number (generated upon order email). The items are then shipped via Leopards with shipping time of 2-3 working days. THIS IS THE SHIPPING TIME, not the processing time of your requested / required items.
  • Items once couriered via Leopards are no longer under our care. You may call or communicate with the delivery company in case of delay in receiving your order, it being received in a damaged state, etc.
  • We cannot be held liable for delays in order delivery on account of incomplete contact information, non responsive attempts at time of delivery, or delays due to area restrictions / road closures.
  • Orders returned or canceled once shipped will not be re-processed. Future orders under such circumstances will not be entertained.
  • Items damaged in transit may be reviewed for replacement based on individual basis.

Refund Policy

Orders in general are confirmed as received and delivered as committed. We are hopeful you will not require a refund at any point pertaining to our products or services.
A refund only applies if your order has been received defected in transit or fulfilled in a faulty condition. You may email us at blingrl123@gmail.com with details of your concerns. After review, your item may be reimbursed or replaced.
We do not process refunds based on information overlooked or misread by customers pertaining to size, delivery turnaround times, material, or anything of similar concern.
Items are not offered an exchange, as majority of the items processed at Blingrl are upon request.
